We are fair in our behaviours and our policies promote equal opportunity for all.   What will your typical day look like?  You will be working directly with clients across a wide range of public sector organisations to support transformation and operational improvement initiatives. You will work closely with experienced consultants, managers and partners who will provide guidance, coaching and development opportunities as you build your consulting and delivery skills.  Day-to-day responsibilities will vary depending on the project, but you will play an active role in understanding client challenges, conducting analysis, developing recommendations and supporting the delivery of transformation initiatives. Working across multidisciplinary teams spanning business, technology, data, AI and change, you will help clients move from strategy through to implementation:  Support the design of future operating models, transformation initiatives and implementation roadmaps that help organisations achieve their strategic objectives.  Conduct analysis to identify improvement opportunities, define key problems and develop practical, evidence-based recommendations.  Contribute to the development of business cases, investment proposals, project plans and presentation materials to support client decision-making.  Analyse and redesign business processes and service delivery models, helping improve organisational performance, productivity and customer outcomes.  Support programme and project mobilisation and delivery activities, including planning, governance, stakeholder engagement and benefits tracking.  Work collaboratively with business and technical teams to translate operational requirements into practical solutions.  Assist in the preparation of workshops, meetings and executive briefings, presenting insights and recommendations to a range of stakeholders.  Explore how digital, data and AI-enabled solutions can improve service delivery, organisational performance and operational effectiveness.  Enough about us, let's talk about you. You are someone with:  Up to 2 years' experience gained within professional services, central government, Crown entities, local government and/or other public sector organisations.  Experience supporting transformation initiatives, including operating model design, service redesign, process improvement, business case development and/or project delivery.  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to define problems, identify key issues and develop practical recommendations.  Proven ability to work collaboratively across stakeholders, business teams and technical specialists to deliver outcomes.  The ability to understand business and operational challenges and translate requirements into practical solutions.  Confidence communicating with and presenting to a range of stakeholders, supported by strong written and verbal communication skills.  Experience working with digital technologies, data solutions and emerging technologies, including AI, to improve organisational performance and service delivery.  Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusted rel
