Job Responsibilities Lead daily production activities to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost goals Support the training, development, and scheduling of team members Conduct pre-shift meetings and assign work in the supervisor’s absence Troubleshoot production challenges and drive effective solutions Ensure accurate production reporting and efficient use of resources Act as a first responder during plant emergencies Participate in Lean and continuous improvement initiatives Building partnerships with support staff to solve -problems Desired Experience/Skills and Qualifications Previous leadership experience in a manufacturing environment (preferred) Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills Ability to work hands-on with machinery, basic computer/software and inspection tools Forklift certification or ability to obtain Knowledge of safety practices, including Lockout/Tagout A team-focused leader who leads by example What We Offer Competitive Pay: Up to $30/hour, based on experience $3,000 in sign on bonuses Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits starting on Day 1 401K: With company contribution and employee match Perks: On-site gym, nurse, and barbershop.
