Position Summary... What you'll do... What you'll do: Partner with operational stakeholders to understand problems, opportunities, and how work gets done. Break ambiguous problems into clear questions and analytical approaches. Use data to quantify opportunities, test hypotheses, and support business decisions. Challenge assumptions when data or operational context suggests a different answer. Identify patterns, inconsistencies, and root causes rather than stopping at surface-level reporting. Translate analysis into clear recommendations business partners can understand and act on. Influence stakeholders and drive adoption of changes without relying on positional authority. Use AI and modern analytical tools to accelerate analysis, problem solving, and automation. Validate and challenge AI-generated analysis, code, and recommendations before using them to make decisions. What you'll bring: We are looking for demonstrated evidence of the following: critical thinking, business/analytical judgment, ownership, stakeholder/change management, and technical/AI fluency. You are comfortable working where the problem, answer, or process is not already defined. You can interpret data, choose meaningful metrics, and distinguish useful signals from noise. You take responsibility for the quality of the analysis and recommendation, regardless of which tools produced it. You can communicate complex ideas clearly to nontechnical partners.
