Support adoption of governance routines by sharing materials, reinforcing expectations, gathering feedback, and refining templates and processes over time. Coordinate maturity assessments aligned to frameworks such as CMMI, ITIL, or similar process improvement models, including evidence gathering, artifact management, and action-plan tracking. Establish and manage mechanisms that support continuous improvement, such as feedback loops, action trackers, review cadences, and roadmap follow-up. Help maintain and improve the supplier governance framework by updating documentation, coordinating improvement activities, and monitoring progress against agreed plans. Support planning and coordination for annual supplier or partner events, including logistics, preparation of materials, stakeholder alignment, and follow-up on actions and opportunities. Escalate risks and issues appropriately and ensure alignment with broader business objectives. Required qualifications Experience in supplier management, vendor management, partner management, sourcing, supply chain, supplier quality, or a related field in aerospace, industrial, manufacturing, or other complex regulated environments.
