Job description

Hutchinson Public Schools has an opening for a Part Time Family Support Worker. Associates Degree or Bachelors degree with coursework in early childhood education or a related field (i.e., elementary education, family and consumer science, nursing, social work, counseling) or with a Home Visitor Child Development Associates (CDA) credential. An Associates Degree is preferred. Experience in working with adults and infants and toddlers. Ability to communicate effectively with persons from diverse backgrounds. Demonstrated ability to work as a member of a team. Organizational skills and the ability to make decisions independently. Must possess a valid Kansas Driver's License, insurance, and reliable transportation . This position starts at $16.75 per hour and is commensurate with education and experience.
