10-Month Position JOB GOAL : The basic purpose is to provide assistance (instructional, corrective, remedial) to build leadership capacity for parents and assist in activities created to enhance student growth and development and academic achievement. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree obtained from a US four-year college; or must receive foreign education approval from the New Jersey Department of Education. Must possess and Atlantic County, New Jersey Substitute certification or a New Jersey Teaching certificate endorsed by the New Jersey Department of Education.
