What’s Operations at Wellmark? Our Operations division has over six hundred employees who manage important work such as enrolling our members, loading benefits, credentialing our providers, sending documents, paying claims, answering calls, training our employees, Operations Compliance, Operations Analytics, and Quality Assurance. We are one team united to provide the best service for our members and providers.  What projects might I support? Although subject to change, examples of initiatives are included below:   Provide day to day experiences of collaboration and partnership with various leaders and teams; focus on small scale deliverables, building interpersonal relationships, exposure to cross divisional elements of the Wellmark organization  Work closely with subject matter experts to create desk-level procedures and process/system documentation into user-friendly documentation  Collaborate with Operations Analytics on reporting and data analysis  Take lead on ad hoc research projects and share findings on online provider information  Provide testing support by documenting traceability and findings to ensure accurate and timely outcomes  Desire to strengthen business acumen in health care industry and self-driven team environment   I’m interested! What’s next? Review the qualifications below.
