Dr. Goldstein has extensive expertise in the diagnosis and management of coronary artery disease, hypertension, aneurysms, heart failure, and complex cardiovascular conditions. His subspecialty interests include adult congenital heart disease, echocardiography, and nuclear cardiology. Position Summary We are seeking a skilled and motivated Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to directly support Dr. David A. Goldstein . This role focuses on the outpatient management of internal medicine and cardiology patients and offers the opportunity to work closely with an experienced cardiologist in a collaborative hospital-based setting. The Advanced Practice Provider (APP) will work closely with our physicians and clinical staff to provide comprehensive care to adult patients, with an emphasis on preventive medicine, chronic disease management, and cardiovascular health. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical assessment skills, experience managing acute and chronic medical conditions, and an interest in providing long-term, patient-centered care within a collaborative multispecialty practice. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical histories, physical examinations, and evaluation of acute and chronic medical conditions. Diagnose and manage common medical conditions, including hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipidemia, and cardiovascular disease. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with supervising or collaborating physicians, as applicable. Order, review, and interpret laboratory tests, EKGs, diagnostic imaging, and other appropriate studies within the provider's scope of practice. Assist with cardiac diagnostic evaluations and coordinate additional testing, including stress testing, when clinically indicated.
