Your Impact As our New Product Program Manager, you will partner with us to guide next-generation silicon from early concept and prototyping through high-volume production. You will bring clarity to complex ASIC lifecycles by aligning schedules, collaborating closely with technical leads, and ensuring our products achieve the highest standards of quality and performance. Together, we will solve exciting engineering problems and proactively address project risks before they impact delivery. You will communicate program roadmaps directly with cross-functional leadership, facilitate smooth operational handoffs, and champion continuous process improvements that help our entire team succeed! Minimum Qualifications: 7+ years of experience leading semiconductor ASIC programs from concept through volume manufacturing. Practical understanding of silicon development lifecycles, including New Product Introduction (NPI), bring-up, and qualification processes. Proven track record building alignment, communicate clearly, and lead collaborative initiatives across multidisciplinary engineering teams. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with ASIC/SoC development workflows and product test engineering. Familiarity with modern program management tools and frameworks (such as Jira, Smartsheet, Agile, or PMP). PMP, Agile, or similar project management knowledge (certification is a plus).
