Your Opportunity BDO Canada's Montreal office is seeking a Manager to join our U.S. Corporate Tax Services team. In this role, you will leverage your technical expertise and leadership capabilities to advise clients on complex cross-border tax matters, lead client engagements, foster strong client relationships, and contribute to the development of our team through the following responsibilities: Identify as well as develop and implement strategies for clients to capitalize on business and tax opportunities for cross-border operations. This includes preparing & review tax reorganizations and reviewing tax returns Lead U.S. Tax engagements for partnership, trust, and corporate clients Build positive working relationships with clients Participate in business development initiatives including identify new business opportunities with existing clients Effectively communicate with team members regarding progress updates and issues on an ongoing basis Engage in training staff and invest in the professional development of your team How do we define success for your role?
