Position Description: PAR is looking for a Manager, Account Management to lead a team serving our franchise customer community. In this role, you will coach and develop a quota-carrying team while driving sales, renewals, retention, and revenue growth across PAR’s restaurant technology portfolio. You will help franchise operators get more value from PAR by supporting new store openings, expanding existing customer relationships, and connecting customers with solutions across PAR POS, Back Office, Insights, Delivery, Payments, Services, and Hardware. You will also create the structure your team needs to succeed through focused deal coaching, effective pipeline management, accurate forecasting, and clear performance expectations. This is an opportunity for a people-first leader who can balance strategy with execution. The right person will be comfortable working at the deal level, building repeatable sales motions, partnering across the organization, and helping a talented team reach its full potential in a fast-moving environment Position Location: Remote USA; within select states: Minnesota (preferred), Texas, New York, Florida, Colorado, Minnesota, Pennsylvania, Illinois, Georgia, North Carolina Reports To: Sr. Director, Sales What We’re Looking For: Requirements: • 5+ years of proven experience in account management, sales or a related field, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales and revenue targets. • 2+ years managing a quota-carrying team, with demonstrated success in hiring, coaching and developing team members. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers and team members. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Additional skills: • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and AI solutions preferred. • Knowledge of the restaurant industry, experience with franchise communities and familiarity with complex restaurant management solutions (software, services and hardware) a plus. • Ability to travel up to 15% for customer engagements, franchise conferences and industry events. Lead the team in achieving sales and renewal goals across existing franchise accounts, new store openings, customer expansions, and product refresh opportunities. • Expand PAR’s impact with customers. Help franchise operators discover greater value across PAR’s portfolio of software, services, payments, and hardware through thoughtful cross-sell and upsell strategies. • Build a disciplined sales operating rhythm. Own forecast accuracy, lead weekly pipeline and deal reviews, track performance metrics, and maintain strong CRM practices so Salesforce remains the source of truth for activity, pipeline, and booking
