#130813 Maintenance Technician III Rockingham County Schools Plumbing Experience preferred Assist troubleshooting, installation and repair of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, carpentry, painting or other systems and equipment, willing to assist in the repair of anything on a school campus if the need arises. Ability to work alone or with other associates to complete assigned tasks Assist with all aspects of maintenance Ability to follow oral or written instructions Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships and communications with maintenance employees, school staff, parents and others Requires ability to deal with people beyond giving and receiving instructions.
