The role is to assess clients’ needs and provide treatment plans to promote relaxation, reduce stress, alleviate pain, and improve overall well-being. This individual is part of a customer facing team of health and wellness professionals who work collaboratively to ensure all client satisfaction and build loyalty for resort guests and local residents. QUALIFICATIONS Valid massage therapy license or certification in accordance with local/state regulations. Proficiency in various massage therapy techniques. Previous experience as a massage therapist; preferably in a Day Spa environment. Excellent communication skills; able to speak, read, & write English; able to discuss with clients and provide clear explanations of service. Personable, customer-centric attitude; providing a friendly and professional demeanor to build client trust & loyalty.
