The Leasing Manager plays a critical role in our success. Alta ART Tower is a 314 unit high-rise offering modern one-, two-, and three bedroom apartments that are stylish yet understated, perfect for displaying art. Residents can spend time strolling the gallery space, hosting a jam session in the music practice studio or staying fit in the luxury gym. What your day might look like Being part of a team and having fun while providing excellent customer service Ensures achievement of community’s revenue and occupancy goals by directing marketing, advertising, and sales activities, overseeing on-site traffic, and monitoring day-to-day sales and leasing activities Oversee the on-site leasing team Actively participates in the leasing process by generating and monitoring traffic, leasing apartments, preparing lease documentation, and completing move-in procedures Review and analyze financial, shop, closing ratio, and other operational reports to identify and resolve issues impacting leasing performance Respond to resident and ownership questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner What we are looking for Previous multi-family leasing experience, additional luxury high-rise experience is preferred, but a positive can-do attitude is required Proficient in MS Office Suite, additional property management software (Yardi/One Site) desired but not required Demonstrated ability to read, write, and communicate effectively and complete legal documents, sell and explain apartment features, and answer resident questions High level of professionalism in both manner and dress What sets us apart: Greystar maintains a focus on people, genuine relationships, and shared values with a diverse and inclusive culture. The hourly range for this role is $25.00 - $27.00 Additional Compensation : Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including business requirements, prior experience, current skills and geographical location. Corporate Positions : In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in a quarterly or annual bonus program based on individual and company performance.
