Position Title: Utility/Shipping Loader Pay Rate: $19.57/ hour (See below) Sign-on Bonus: $500 after 30 days, $500 after 6 months, $500 after 1 year and an additional bonus at 2 years Retention Bonus: $500 after 1 year Additional lump sum after 2 years Category/Shift: Hourly Full-Time 2nd or 3rd Shift Physical Location: Laurens Container Facility 21313 Hwy 221 N Laurens, SC 29360 The Job You Will Perform: · Must be a qualified forklift driver · Unload units from production line and store in designated place in warehouse. · Load and unload trailers as required. · Records number and type of defects for quality control purposes. · Counts units, kits, etc. and computes total number of same. Issues receipts. · Performs daily housekeeping task to ensure IFS Pac Secure standards are being met. · Performs daily safety checks on forklifts. · Checks and maintains i-point for accuracy · 2nd shift position (3pm to 11pm) · Entry level Utility position at $19.57/hour, if work performance permits will promote to Shipping Loader position after 90 day probationary period ($22.92/hour) • $.25 differential for 2nd and 3rd shift The Skills You Will Bring: · Must be a qualified forklift driver
