Primary Duties & Responsibilities - Provides highly visible customer support through the performance of independent on-site installation, as well as overseeing any necessary diagnoses, troubleshooting, service, and repair (including warranty issues) of complex equipment and systems. - Checks out and approves operational quality of system equipment. - Independently instructs customers in the operation and maintenance of the system, and determines methodology and adopts various product designs into the customer products. - Serves as company liaison with customer on administrative and technical matters for assigned projects, including scheduling of work to compliment customer needs. Interprets customers needs and clarifies if the responsibility for problem resolution falls to sales personnel, customer support reps, or engineers. - Determines most cost effective engineering repair/resolution to minimize customer downtime. - Closely work with the Product Support Team, Order Administration Group, Sales Group and Global Logistics Service Group. Education & Experience & Skills [ Must to have experience and skills ] - Graduate in engineering, electrical, physics, etc. from a university of science and technology. Or, those with equivalent knowledge and technical experience. Able to communicate effectively in both Japanese and English. - Good communication skills to build better relationships with customers. - Regular driver's license.
