Creating Peace of Mind by Pioneering Safety and Security At Allegion, we help keep the people you know and love safe and secure where they live, work and visit. With more than 40 brands, 14,000+ employees globally and products sold in 130 countries, we specialize in security around the doorway and beyond. Additionally, Allegion is proud to be recognized with the 2026 Gallup Exceptional Workplace Award (GEWA) for the third consecutive year, earning distinction in both the employee engagement and strengths categories. This year, Allegion also received Gallup’s With Distinction honor — a designation reserved for a select group of organizations that go above and beyond in building exceptional workplace cultures. The IT Business Analyst – Supply Chain is responsible for analyzing, defining, and delivering robust technology solutions that support end-to-end supply chain operations and overarching business goals. In this role, you will bridge the gap between operations and IT by translating business process requirements, championing supply chain data governance, and integrating our core ERP (Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O / AX 2012) with specialized ancillary supply chain platforms. You will act as a trusted partner to global Supply Chain teams, helping standardize and optimize workflows across procurement, inventory, warehouse management, quality, compliance, and material planning. Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States. The company does not intend to provide sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H-1B, TN, etc.) for this employment position. Remote: At Allegion, we recognize that great talent and breakthrough ideas can come from anywhere. That’s why this position offers a flexible remote work arrangement, with occasional on-site visits as needed based on the role. Whether you’re working remotely or collaborating in person, we’re committed to providing the tools, support, and dynamic environment you need to succeed. At Allegion, your career thrives where innovation meets flexibility, empowering you to achieve your goals while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. While this is the current structure and we currently have no plans to change, we reserve the right to make changes to the remote schedule as needed at the Company’s discretion. What You Will Do : As a Supply Chain IT Business Analyst, you will bridge the gap between business operations and technology by collaborating with cross-functional leaders to define requirements, streamline processes, and design scalable, future-state solutions aligned with global business strategies. Serving as a functional expert for Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O / AX, you will author Functional Design Documents (FDDs), configure core supply chain modules—prioritizing out-of-the-box functionality—and work alongside technical developers to build custom extensions and integration points. You will evaluate and integrate third-party ancillary systems (such as demand planning tools and supplier portals) to boost end-to-end supply chain visibility. Additionally, you will champion data governance across master data entities (Item Master, BOMs, Vendor Master), utilizing SQL and Power BI to troubleshoot anomalies, validate data flows, and provide actionable business insights. Throughout the project lifecycle, you will drive execution by writing end-to-end test scenarios, leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT), guiding global cutover and post-go-live hypercare, and developing comprehensive training materials to foster sustained user adoption. What you need to Succeed : Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, Business, or a related field. Experience: 3+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst supporting large manufacturing, distribution, or multi-national supply chain operations.
