Location: Milwaukee, WI Facility Name: Prospect Medical Commons Schedule: Full Time $5,000 Sign-On Bonus Available CME allowance Malpractice coverage with tail Join a collaborative team of five providers. Schedule: Full Time; Clinic hours are 7am-5pm M-F. Call structure: No call Practice setting: Outpatient Access to on-site lab and radiology Various specialties available Employed position within a nonprofit health system Obtain patient history and perform assessment via observation, interview and examination. Order, perform and interpret diagnostic studies. Perform preventative health assessments, screening, immunizations and patient care. Counsel and educate patients and their families/caregivers concerning preventative health, treatment options and community resources. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Education Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required. Work Experience None required.
