Job Title: Instructional Assistant - General Education Diploma or English Language Learner Location: Craig Academy, MSD Lawrence Township Work Schedule: Part-time, evening only 5:30 - 9:00 Calendar Length: School Year FLSA Classification: Non-exempt, hourly employee Hourly Rate: $17.00 Benefits: Dependent on hours worked ____________________________________________________________________________ Job Description: The Instructional Assistant reports to the Adult Education Teacher who reports directly to the Program Director. The employee will support classroom and program operations. ____________________________________________________________________________ Essential Duties: Support teachers and staff with clerical tasks such as copying, organizing material, and maintaining records. Assist in preparing for and administering student pre and post tests. Help maintain student data management systems, including recording daily attendance. Work in INTERs data management system, including recording daily attendance. Provide in-class support to students as directed by the teacher.
