Chief Security Office The Chief Security Office (CSO) is responsible for the creation, maintenance, and implementation of the information security strategy of Deutsche Bank Group. CSO steers the measures derived from the information security strategy and provides guidance to employees regarding the identification, development, implementation, and execution of all processes which serve to reduce information security risk, to respond to incidents, and to establish appropriate policies and standards for information security management. Role Overview The Information Security Specialist (f/m/x) within the CSO’s Embedded Risk Team (ERT) leads the Strategy, Reporting and Innovation horizontal function. The role focuses on developing and maintaining regular and ad hoc management reporting across CSO ERT to provide transparency on risk exposure and remediation progress. Innovation ideas from CSO ERT and key stakeholders are collected, prioritised and implemented through the established change management process. By combining data-driven insights with continuous improvement, the role supports informed management decisions and strengthens the efficiency and effectiveness of CSO ERT operations. Your key responsibilities Within CSO ERT drive reporting and innovation, provide transparency on information security risk exposure and remediation progress to Senior Audience and oversee CSO ERT projects. Develop, enhance, and automate reporting solutions, dashboards, and KPIs to improve reporting efficiency, consistency, and data quality across CSO Drive innovation and continuous improvement initiatives, including AI, automation, and process enhancement opportunities across CSO ERT. Partner with stakeholders across CSO and the wider organization to gather requirements, prioritize initiatives, and ensure successful execution of strategic objectives. Provide analytical support for regulatory, audit, governance, and ad hoc management requests, enabling informed decision-making and effective risk management. Coordinate strategic initiatives, oversee project deliverables and dependencies, and ensure timely follow-up of actions and commitments through effective portfolio management. Your skills and experiences Strong understanding of Information Security Risk Management, governance, and regulatory expectations within a complex financial services environment and knowledge of Information Security framework like ISO 27001. Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear management insights. Proven experience in management reporting, data analytics, dashboard development, and KPI design, preferrable with Tableau. Experience driving process improvement, reporting automation, and innovation initiatives, including AI-enabled solutions. Advanced stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence, challenge, and collaborate across functions and all seniority levels. Strong project and portfolio management capabilities, including coordination of strategic initiatives and change delivery. Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, optimize workflows to solve business problems, while applying critical judgment to ensure responsible and ethical use of data and AI output
