Altaflex, a division of OSI Electronics, is seeking an In-Process Quality Control Inspector to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience monitoring, inspecting, and verifying product quality during the manufacturing process. They will ensure that materials and in-process manufacturing meet established standards and specifications requirements before moving to the next stage of production. Responsibilities Utilizing a microscope, verify that products meet or exceed manufacturing guidelines. Record inspection results accurately in quality logs, travelers, and computer systems. Report non-conformances and deviations promptly to supervisors, production managers, and quality engineers. Maintain traceability of inspected products and materials. Perform First Article review. Work closely with production managers to identify and resolve quality issues. Provide feedback to operators and supervisors on corrective actions. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and efficiency. Uphold the company’s core values of Integrity, Innovation, Accountability, and Teamwork. Qualifications High School Diploma required; experience may be substituted for a degree. 4+ years of flexible printed circuit board manufacturing experience required. Work experience in cross section preparation and analysis desired. Must be familiar with microscope and laboratory procedures in manufacturing environment. Knowledge of inspection tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges) and measurement techniques. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as your job level, geographic location, date of hire, experience, job-related knowledge and skills, and education in conjunction with market and business considerations. Base salary is one component of your total rewards package.
