TITLE OF POSITION: In Class Support - Special Education Teacher - Phillipsburg Elementary School / TCH00541 DATE POSITION WILL BE VACANT: Immediately APPLICATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED UNTIL: Until a suitable candidate is found SALARY: ESS Long-term rate $175/day JOB DESCRIPTION: Phillipsburg School District is seeking a dedicated and student-centered In-Class Support Special Education Teacher to serve students in a classroom for students in grades 3�5. The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong understanding of differentiated instruction, inclusive practices, and the academic and social-emotional needs of elementary learners with diverse abilities. QUALIFICATIONS, MANDATORY: Must hold the appropriate New Jersey special education teaching certificate or be eligible to obtain one. Must prioritize students' individual needs, learning goals, development, and well-being. Must already be employed by ESS (Educational Services) or be in the process of becoming employed by ESS.
