Location: Baltimore, MD Facility: Ascension St. Agnes Hospital Department: Pre-Admission Testing Schedule: Days | Full-time Administrative and leadership support to ensure the delivery of exceptional, population-appropriate patient care. Mentor and develop staff through active coaching, education, and performance feedback, fostering a supportive environment where support staff can thrive. Resolve patient care concerns and complaints efficiently using established facility channels, advocate for patient needs, and maintain a seamless, high-satisfaction care experience. Collaborate on talent and team growth by providing strategic input into hiring, training, and performance evaluations, ensuring the unit is staffed with skilled, motivated professionals. Licensure / Certification / Registration Required Credential(s): BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Registered Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Education Required professional licensure/certification AND 1 year of cumulative job specific experience required.
