We are looking for an HRSSC Specialist / Lead dedicated to supporting our European logistics operations. In this role, you will be the backbone of our frontline human resources service delivery, driving operational efficiency, ensuring employee satisfaction, and delivering key HR admin services across our logistics hubs and warehouses. Fluency in German is required to effectively support local logistics operations, engage with regional employees, and interface with German labor bodies and authorities. What You'll Do Operational Leadership: Lead and oversee end-to-end payroll processing across multiple European countries (Pan-EU footprint), ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely payroll execution. Regional Expertise: Act as the primary subject matter expert for French payroll operations, while strategically managing payrolls across other European markets, including Germany, the Netherlands, Spain, Belgium, Italy, and the UK.
