HR Shared Services Lead Job Responsibilities: Assists with onboarding and training of new team members Handles escalations of complex customer concerns Provides customer experience mentoring as needed Collaborates with support team and leaders to provide ideas to improve performance and operations Coordinates the activities of a team members Monitors task completion and ensures performance goals are met Conducts regular and meaningful quality coaching and training Partners with department leaders to provide feedback for annual performance reviews Minimum Requirements: Education: High School diploma or GED Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Oracle & ServiceNow systems At least 1 year of HR experience Supervisor/Team Lead experience
