Job description

Responsible for assisting patients with all aspects of personal hygiene in patients’ home. Principal Accountabilities: 1. Assists patients into and out of bed or wheelchair, to lavatory, and up and down stairs. 2. Assists patients with personal care; bathe, shampoo and comb hair, clean and file nails and provide skin care. 3. Performs other related duties as assigned . Required: 1. High School Diploma or equivalent. 2. Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) Certification. 3. Clean Driver's License Preferred: 1. 1 year of CHHA experience preferred.
