Heavy Equipment Operator – Henderson, Texas Waste Connections | $22.00-26.00/hr. Depending on experience| Full-Time + OT + Benefits Join Waste Connections as a Heavy Equipment Operator at our Landfill in Henderson, TX and help us keep the community clean, safe, and moving forward. Whether you’ve got years of experience or are ready to learn, we’re looking for hard-working folks who take pride in what they do. 💰 What We Offer: $22.00 - 26.00/hour + consistent overtime 10+ hr. days Monday - Friday Boot allowance + safety bonuses Full benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K match, Life Insurance, FSA) Year-round, steady work Career advancement and promotion opportunities 🛠️ Job Duties: Operate compactor to spread and compact trash Use dozer for daily cover and grading Excavate soil using an excavator Maintain haul roads using a grader Haul soil and assist with other general landfill duties ✅ Requirements: 1+ year experience operating light or heavy equipment Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions Reliable, team-oriented, and able to complete basic daily reports Landfill or waste industry experience is a plus — not required Must be able to lift/push/pull 50–75+ lbs.
