What will your role be at DiliTrust? Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced and driven Head of People Excellence to join our Global HR Team. As a strategic partner to the Chief People Officer, you will help shape and execute DiliTrust’s People strategy across its international organisation. You will lead a team of three and own the People transformation roadmap, operational excellence agenda, and the development of AI, data and digital capabilities. This is a high-impact role for a hands-on builder with strong consulting experience, exceptional analytical rigour and the drive to turn complex, multi-country priorities into scalable processes, measurable outcomes and lasting change. What You’ll do: Process & Policy Design Design, formalize and lead the end-to-end roll-out of scalable global HR processes, policies and operating standards across DiliTrust’s multi-country organization.
