We partner directly with sales, GTM, and regional product teams to identify growth opportunities, remove adoption barriers, and orchestrate the right marketing channels at the right moments. We are a global team embedded across five regions. Job Description and Responsibilities: We are seeking a highly motivated, articulate, and analytical Growth Marketing Analyst to join our B2B Growth Marketing team in Singapore. This role will support the execution and measurement of integrated growth marketing programs across Visa's Value-Added Services portfolio, helping accelerate customer acquisition, product adoption, and business growth. This role is ideal for a marketing professional with experience supporting partner marketing initiatives and executing joint go-to-market programs. Reporting to the Regional Growth Marketing Director, the successful candidate will combine strong analytical capabilities with a passion for marketing and commercial strategy. Working across sales, GTM, product, and marketing teams, you will help uncover growth opportunities, evaluate marketing performance, and provide insights that influence regional investment and go-to-market decisions. This role supports the commercial effectiveness of Regional Growth Marketing through campaign performance analysis, pipeline visibility, installed base insights, partner marketing initiatives, budget tracking, and executive reporting. The successful candidate will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to identify growth opportunities with partners, measure marketing impact, and help strengthen Visa's ecosystem of partners across the payments, fintech, and technology landscape. Key Responsibilities: Programme Support and Execution: Support the planning and execution of regional growth marketing programs, including executive engagement events, industry event activations, digital campaigns, account-based marketing initiatives, and partner programs. Support the planning, coordination, and execution of joint go-to-market and co-marketing initiatives with strategic partners, including acquirers, issuers, fintechs, technology providers, resellers, and industry ecosystem partners. Partner with regional sales and product teams to identify opportunities to leverage partner channels, events, customer bases, and market presence to drive awareness, demand generation, and business growth. Support the development of joint value propositions, customer stories, and sales enablement materials that highlight shared business outcomes and market opportunities. Track and analyze partner marketing performance, including engagement, lead generation, pipeline contribution, and return on marketing investment. Content and Campaign Localisation: Develop region-specific collateral including event materials, sales enablement assets, thought leadership content, and executive presentation materials for sales or resellers. Support the adaptation of global campaigns, content, RFPs, and sales materials for regional and sub-regional market relevance.
