What You'll Be Doing As part of our Risk & Resilience team, you'll help the business identify, assess and manage risk while supporting operational resilience activities across multiple regions. You'll: Analyse risk data to identify trends, insights and areas for improvement Support business risk assessments and emerging risk activities Produce reports, presentations and dashboards for stakeholders Help map critical business services across people, technology, premises and suppliers Contribute to business continuity and disaster recovery planning Support resilience testing and disruption scenarios Track risk actions and mitigation activities Collaborate with teams across the business to strengthen controls and improve resilience Example projects could include: Investigating trends within risk data and presenting findings to stakeholders Supporting resilience exercises for critical business services Assessing the potential impact of technology, supplier or operational disruptions Creating management information and dashboards that support decision-making Contributing to responses to emerging risks and regulatory requirements Your work will help colleagues make informed decisions, strengthen controls and improve the resilience of services used by our clients every day.
