Graduate Enrollment Specialist Charleston Southern University Position Overview Reporting to the Executive Director of Graduate and CSU Online Enrollment and the Assistant Director of Graduate and CSU Online Enrollment, the Graduate Recruitment Associate will work with students to assist them through the recruitment process for the College of Business and College of Adult and Professional Studies degree programs. Key Responsibilities Establish professional business networks to result in mutually beneficial partnerships with the Graduate School, the university, and the community. Contact potential students via email and phone and text to discuss graduate school offerings. Work alongside the Director for the recruiting, acceptance, and retention of students. Communicate with team members in order to build substantially growing graduate degree programs. This position requires evening and weekend work conducting business expos, fairs, and community events. Professional dress required. Candidates must possess a reliable personal vehicle. Perform other related duties incidental to the work described herein. Qualifications Required Skills and Attributes Education Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university. Experience Applicants must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and meet the public well in both one-on-one and group situations. Must be able to work effectively independently and as part of a team. Must maximize time and production to meet goals set by the Executive Director. Must be detail-oriented and have a working knowledge of Windows and MS Office software. Knowledge of the admissions and financial aid process is desirable. Applicants must have a valid driver’s license. CSU graduates will be given first consideration.
