GEOINT Targeting Analyst The Opportunity: With the volume and complexity of geospatial intelligence ( GEOINT ) available today, it takes a highly skilled GEOINT professional to extract meaning, prioritize targets, and deliver decisive insights to mission partners. Booz Allen is seating a GEOINT Targeting Analyst who can transform multi-source data into operationally- relevant intelligence that supports critical national security objectives. In this role, you’ll apply advanced GEOINT tradecraft, perform time-sensitive exploitation, and develop high impact targeting products that shape planning, operations, and decision-making. What You'll Work On: Conduct target development in accordance with Joint Publications ( JP ) and CJCSI standards. Perform Target System Analysis ( TSA ) to identify critical vulnerabilities and operational center s of gravity. Build and maintain Electronic Target Folders ( ETFs ) and GEOINT targeting products. Manage target lists and coordinate target nominations with the Intelligence Community ( IC ) and DoW partners. Provide time-sensitive GEOINT exploitation and indications and warnings ( I & W ) in support of dynamic operations. Integrate GEOINT targeting into planning processes, including the Joint Planning Process ( JPP ) and MDMP. Identify intelligence gaps and recommend GEOINT collection strategies. Support GEOINT with targeting workflows and coordinate with collection managers. Prepare and brief GEOINT assessments, graphics, and reports for senior leaders. Join us. The world can’t wait. You Have: 3+ years of experience in GEOINT, imagery analysis, and targeting Experience with GEOINT exploitation tools such as Remote View, SOCET Geospatial Exploitation Product ( GXP ) , or ArcGIS Experience briefing senior audiences Knowledge of GEOINT tradecraft, the Joint Targeting Cycle, and military planning processes Ability to operate effectively under high operational tempo and time-sensitive conditions Ability to travel up to 25% of the time TS/SCI clearance Bachelor’s degree Nice If You Have: Experience with analytic tradecraft IAW ICD 203 and 206 analytic integrity standards Experience supporting time-dominant or first phase GEOINT operations Knowledge of Activity-Based Intelligence ( ABI ) met hodologies Knowledge of GEOINT Tasking, Collection, Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination ( TCPED ) , the Geospatial Intelligence Management System ( GIMS ) , National System for GEOINT ( NSG ) tools, and IC collection management processes Possession of excellent written and verbal communication skills Bachelor’s degree in Geospatial Science, Geography, or Remote Sensing GEOINT Professional Certification ( GPC ) Level II Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.
