You define and execute the multi-year growth strategy across the entire Zoom Workplace portfolio, from competitive positioning and product-market fit to market expansion and AI-powered differentiation. Partner with Geo Sales Leadership across AMER, EMEA, APAC, and Japan to localize Workplace strategies, deploy specialist resources, and build the enablement infrastructure for disciplined field execution. Collaborate with Global Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to influence the product roadmap, accelerate customer adoption, and connect product usage directly to retention and expansion outcomes. Champion the integration of AI across every Workplace product, positioning Zoommate, AI Slides, AI Docs, AI Sheets, and next-generation AI capabilities as transformational differentiators in the market. Establish and track KPIs across the Workplace business, including revenue growth, ARR expansion, pipeline velocity, win rates, competitive displacement, product adoption, and market share, building a disciplined operating cadence across the organization. Build and inspire a high-performing cross-functional team of specialist sellers, solution engineers, and business development professionals, leading through influence in a matrixed organization.
