Compensation and Benefits Competitive pay: Hourly base pay, plus uncapped commission and performance opportunities. Paid training: Comprehensive training with ongoing coaching and development. Schedule: Four-day, 10-hour work schedule that includes Saturdays, with at-home dispatch and paid drive time to, from and between appointments. Licensing: Paid licensing required for job duties. Qualifications Must have: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Ability to successfully pass a background investigation and pre-employment drug test. Ability to pass all licensing requirements under applicable law. Exceptional customer service and communication skills. Ability to act with integrity while building rapport with diverse customers. Willingness to learn and use technology. Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Preferred experience: Field service, telecommunications, cable or internet installation, pest control, lawn care, construction, solar, utilities, HVAC, electrical work, security systems, home services or another customer-facing role involving hands-on work, problem-solving and independent responsibility. Automotive, retail, insurance, business-to-consumer, door-to-door, call center or inside sales; telecommunications; account management; customer retention; membership sales; home improvement sales; or another customer-facing role involving communication, problem-solving and relationship building. The Role As a Field Service Professional, you will install, service and support industry-leading smart home technology. You’ll build trusted relationships with customers while delivering exceptional service and helping create safer, more connected homes. Customers will rely on your expertise, professionalism and integrity as you diagnose issues, perform installations and provide solutions that deliver peace of mind. You’ll work independently throughout the day while staying connected to a supportive team invested in your success. In addition to installation and service work, you’ll identify customer needs, recommend additional solutions and generate additional earnings through uncapped commission opportunities.
