How you'll make an impact Perform installation, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting activities at customer sites. Support maintenance activities for transformers, switchgear, protection, and control systems. Diagnose technical issues and implement effective solutions. Collaborate with engineering and technical support teams. Deliver technical guidance and training to customers. Prepare accurate service reports and documentation. Maintain a strong focus on safety and compliance standards. Support emergency interventions and on-call service activities when required. Manage service tools and spare parts effectively. Build and maintain positive customer relationships through high-quality service. Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines. Your background Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field. Experience in field service, commissioning, installation, or maintenance of electrical power systems. Experience working with high-voltage equipment, transformers, switchgear, or protection systems. Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and technical documentation. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Professional communication skills in Spanish and English.
