Analyze performance and improve results: Leverage data and dashboards to monitor pipeline health, identify gaps, and implement plans that increase conversion, profitability, and vendor program attainment. Collaborate cross-functionally: Work with vendor marketing, operations, finance, and sales leadership to execute initiatives and ensure alignment on goals and outcomes. Lead peer development: Drive training, mentoring, and best-practice sharing; be the escalation point on complex issues and program interpretation. Represent TD SYNNEX in the ecosystem: Participate in vendor trainings, industry events, and executive forums; bring back insights that inform strategy and execution.
