Job Description Are You Ready to Make It Happen at Mondelēz International? How you will contribute You will: Responsible for performing troubleshooting and maintenance for all facility related equipment Perform routine preventive maintenance and corrective action to ensure building system run smoothly and efficiently Liaise and coordinate with contractors for repair and preventive maintenance of facility related equipment Ensure proper operation and preventive maintenance of facility related equipment such as HVAC, Fire Protection System, Plumbing, lighting, generator, etc. Operating and maintenance of WWTP Attend to emergency breakdown and feedback Report on irregularities Update maintenance record and file service provider service sheet Maintain stock list and log of maintenance parts and consumable items Other ad-hoc duties when assigned What extra ingredients you will bring: Experience in performing simple handyman jobs and perform basic electrical hands-on work Able to work independently and with good working attitude Education / Certifications: Minimum NTC in electrical engineering or equivalent Certification on work at height, confine space, forklift license and Scissor lift operation license, preferred Job Specific Requirements: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience -
