What You'll Do Complete wetland and waters delineations and WOTUS / T&E field surveys and the associated reports Perform and report on SWPPP inspections; prepare or update SWPPPs and SWMPs for small and medium sites Complete critical issues analyses and desktop constraints reports Prepare portions of permit applications such as pre-construction notifications Independently perform environmental assessment tasks such as wetland and waters delineations, habitat assessments, WOTUS / T&E field determinations, SWPPP inspections and critical issues analyses Prepare technical reports, memoranda and permitting support materials for senior review Review and evaluate existing data, collect field data, research regulations and literature, and identify environmental issues Coordinate field crews and schedules for assigned tasks; communicate with agencies and clients under direction Serve as environmental team leader on small projects or portions of larger projects within scope of experience Guide Tier 1 staff and help track task schedules and budgets What You'll Bring Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, ecology, biology, natural resources, environmental planning or a related field; master’s degree preferred 2-3 Years of experience Working knowledge of NEPA, Clean Water Act (Sections 401 / 404), ESA, MBTA and applicable state requirements Proficiency in GIS and technical report writing Effective oral, presentation and written communication skills Valid driver’s license, with ability to maintain insurability under the company’s insurance carrier What You'll Get Competitive Compensation Comprehensive Health Coverage - Multiple Medical, dental & vision plans with 100% preventive care 24/7 telehealth (Teladoc) Employee Assistance Program (EAP) 401(k) Retirement Plan Education Reimbursement and Professional Development Equal Opportunity Employer All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment and will not be discriminated against on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin or ancestry, sex (including gender, pregnancy, sexual orientation, and/or gender identity), age, disability, genetic information, veteran status, and/or any other basis protected by applicable federal, state or local law.We are an Equal Opportunity Employer, including disability and protected veteran status.
