Environmental Regulatory Compliance (US and California) Own the compliance approach for U.S. federal, state, and local environmental requirements, with emphasis on California. Cover air emissions and permitting, wastewater and stormwater, hazardous waste and hazardous materials management, chemical inventory and reporting, and spill prevention and emergency planning. Manage engagement with regulators, including California agencies and local authorities, for permits, inspections, notifications, and reporting. Track and interpret California-specific requirements, including product and chemical regulations and emerging climate and producer-responsibility laws, and communicate business impacts and decisions needed.
