Demonstrated technical leadership with a strong commitment to hands-on engineering. Preferred Qualifications Experience in equities, electronic trading, OMS/EMS, or other front-office platforms. Familiarity with high-performance data grids, desktop interoperability, Deephaven and multi-window trading workflows. Experience building shared UI platforms or design systems adopted across multiple teams. Familiarity with Java or C++ backend environments and AI-assisted development practices.
