We empower a diverse range of creators to imagine and develop culturally significant content, while building an organization that thrives on creative ideas, operational expertise and strategic thinking. JOB DESCRIPTION The FOX direct-to-consumer (DTC) platform is a new, forward-looking initiative within Tubi Media Group that brings FOX’s unparalleled content portfolio—news, sports, and entertainment—directly to consumers via an innovative subscription streaming service. Driven by a highly experienced leadership team with extensive backgrounds at the intersections of media, technology, streaming, and content—and built with the full support of Fox Corporation—this venture combines entrepreneurial energy with deep media expertise. Our vision is to create a unified, modern viewing experience that puts the consumer first—seamlessly integrating live and on-demand content across platforms. At the intersection of cutting-edge technology and trusted storytelling, this is an opportunity to shape the future of streaming at one of the most pivotal moments in media. We’re assembling a world-class team to deliver on that vision—and we’re just getting started. ABOUT THE ROLE FOX's direct-to-consumer product and technology organization powers FOX One, FOX Sports, FOX Nation, and FOX News digital experiences across mobile, connected TV, and web platforms. We are seeking a Director, Technology Business Operations to lead the strategy, systems, and processes that connect technology investments, resource planning, and software capitalization. Reporting to the VP of Product Operations, you will establish a reliable, scalable source of truth that enables leadership to understand where engineering resources are invested, measure associated costs, and make informed decisions about future investments. In this highly cross-functional role, you will partner with Program, Engineering, Finance, Controllership, Internal Audit, and People Systems to modernize how labor and investment data is captured, classified, analyzed, and reported. You will also drive the development of AI-assisted workflows and automation that improve accuracy, strengthen audit readiness, and reduce administrative effort. The ideal candidate combines financial and operational expertise with strong technical fluency, a systems-oriented mindset, and the ability to translate complex data into simple and actionable business insights. You will play a critical role in building an operating model that is accurate enough to withstand external audit, insightful enough to guide strategic investment decisions, and streamlined enough to integrate naturally into how teams work. A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive technology business operations strategy spanning software capitalization, investment planning, resource analytics, and operational governance. Own and continuously improve software labor capitalization methodologies, ensuring clear distinctions between capitalizable development and non-capitalizable activities, including maintenance, research, operations, and support. Partner with Controllership, Internal Audit, and external auditors to establish capitalization policies, internal controls, evidence standards, and audit-ready documentation. Drive audit readiness and continuous improvement initiatives that reduce findings, shorten audit cycles, and minimize manual evidence collection. Develop investment and resource planning models that connect labor costs to technology initiatives, products, platforms, and business outcomes. Deliver financial and operational analyses that inform annual planning, quarterly business reviews, capitalization forecasts, and strategic investment decision
