About the Role: As a Director of Program Management in our Continuous Identity engineering organization, you will lead strategic program execution across one of CrowdStrike's most critical security capabilities. Continuous Identity ensures real-time identity verification and access control across our platform, protecting our customers from identity-based threats. In this role, you'll own and drive complex, cross-functional engineering programs spanning multiple teams and organizations, mobilizing stakeholders across organizational boundaries to deliver identity solutions that scale with CrowdStrike's growth and evolving threat landscape. You'll partner closely with engineering leaders, security architects, and cross-functional teams globally to align roadmaps, manage dependencies, surface critical issues early, and drive programs to resolution with quality, consistency, and urgency. This role combines executive-level program leadership with building AI-powered solutions that automate routine work, surface insights, and enhance decision-making for the teams you support. We're seeking a seasoned leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and can elevate program management maturity through innovative, AI-enhanced practices. PLEASE NOTE: This role is hybrid, requiring 2-3 days per week on-site at one of the posted locations. What You'll Do: Strategic Program Leadership Own complex, cross-functional identity programs end-to-end, operating independently from concept through measurable delivery across authentication, authorization, and identity lifecycle management initiatives Drive roadmap alignment across Continuous Identity and partner engineering organizations (Falcon platform, Cloud Security, Detection & Response), facilitating cross-org planning that ties program priorities to CrowdStrike's strategic imperatives Lead Continuous Identity's quarterly and annual strategic planning — owning the process, documentation, and how the organization prioritizes and staffs work across identity verification, access management, and threat detection capabilities Act as the neutral party across engineering and leadership teams, navigating roadmap conflicts and competing senior-leader priorities to build consensus on identity architecture decisions and implementation sequencing Partner with engineering leaders at every level, from unblocking technical issues with engineers to delivering synthesized executive updates on program health, security risks, and decisions needed Anticipate cross-team dependencies and risks before they become blockers — particularly across identity providers, platform integrations, and compliance requirements — and drive mitigation with clear accountabilit
