Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Developer Experience to improve the platform capabilities, APIs, tools, documentation, and processes that enable scalable solution development. Develop the marketplace growth model, driving solution discovery, adoption, customer value, and expansion in partnership with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Partnerships. Identify, test, and scale marketplace monetization opportunities, including referral, revenue-share, packaging, and other commercial models. Establish clear governance, cross-functional accountability, and performance measures across marketplace supply, builder participation, customer adoption, commercial impact, and delivery.
