Co-founded by Nobel Prize winner Jennifer Doudna and backed by leading life sciences investors, Scribe is advancing scalable, transformative, and preventative genetic medicines with the goal of improving outcomes and democratizing access to the protective effects of beneficial human genetics. __________________________________________________________________________________ Position Summary: We are seeking a strategic, highly motivated, and collaborative Director of Investor Relations to help communicate Scribe’s scientific, clinical, and corporate progress to the investment community. This individual will join a dynamic and diverse team working to advance the next generation of CRISPR-based therapeutics and will have significant opportunities to shape the investor relations function as Scribe grows as a public biotechnology company. The Director of Investor Relations will help develop and lead Scribe’s investor relations strategy and own its day-to-day execution. The role will ensure that investors and sell-side analysts understand Scribe’s strategy, differentiated technology platforms, cardiometabolic pipeline , clinical and scientific milestones, financial position, and long-term value proposition. This individual will serve as a primary contact for the investment community and a trusted advisor to senior leadership on investor perceptions , market dynamics, capital- markets activity, and external messaging. Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, the Director will work closely with the Chief Executive Officer and colleagues across Finance, Legal, Corporate Communications, Clinical Development, Research, Business Development, and Human Resources. The successful candidate will combine strong capital-markets judgment with the ability to understand complex biotechnology and translate it into clear, accurate , and compelling investor communications and have demonstrable existing relationships with biotech investors and sell side analysts. ______________________________________
