Th e Role: As the Director of Continuous Improvement , you will serve as a strategic operational partner responsible for driving process excellence, productivity improvements, and client satisfaction across Cart.com's fulfillment operations. Based primarily in our largest building in Groveport, Ohio, this individual contributor role will work closely with site leadership, operations teams, clients, and corporate partners to identify opportunities, implement solutions, and deliver measurable business results throughout the entire network . You will lead continuous improvement initiatives that enhance labor efficiency, service delivery, quality, safety, AI and employee engagement. You will act as a catalyst for change by leveraging data, Lean principles, and strong stakeholder relationships to improve operational performance and create a culture of continuous improvement. This role is ideal for a results oriented operational leader who has successfully driven continuous improvement programs within high-volume fulfillment, eCommerce, or third party logistics environments and thrives on solving complex business challenges through influence, collaboration, and data-driven problem solving rather than direct people management.
