Job description

Revolution Medicines is a global, commercial-state oncology company dedicated to discovering, developing and delivering innovative medicines for patients with RAS-addicted cancers. Leveraging its differentiated RAS(ON) tri-complex inhibitor platform, the company is advancing a broad, integrated portfolio of oral RAS(ON) inhibitors designed to directly target the active, cancer-driving state of RAS. Founded on rigorous scientific inquiry and a willingness to challenge long-held assumptions, Revolution Medicines is committed to changing the trajectory of disease for patients with RAS-addicted cancers worldwide. Our people are united by a shared way of working: follow the science, challenge assumptions, act with urgency and hold ourselves to a high standard of rigor—all in service of patients. The Opportunity: The Director of Access Strategy & Marketing will lead the development and execution of access strategies, non-clinical positioning, and marketing materials for the RevMed portfolio with a focus on pancreatic adenocarcinoma (PDAC) or non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). This role will focus on developing the short to medium term non-clinical value proposition across payers, HCPs, organized customers (GPOs, IDNs, etc.) and channel partners. This role will be instrumental in supporting a successful launch through strategy and tactical planning, tailoring messages to various customer types, and working cross-functionally with Brand Marketing, National Account, Medical/HEOR, Regulatory and Compliance partners. The ideal candidate will have exceptional strategy, influence, and collaboration competencies, oncology launch experience, and experience translating a dynamic landscape into access strategy. This position is open to remote candidates, though preference will be given to candidates that can be based out of our headquarters in Redwood City, CA. Responsibilities may include: Lead the development and execution of access marketing strategies to align with cross-functional priorities and portfolio objectives. Set the direction and develop value proposition messaging and materials tailored to payers, PBMs, IDNs, GPOs, channel partners, and other decisionmakers. Influence clinical, economic, and real-world evidence plans and translate into compelling messages that communicate the portfolio’s value and address stakeholder evidence needs. Develop and execute a customer insights plan and partner with national accounts and field leadership to translate customer insights into strategy and materials. Direct compliant marketing tactics for GPOs and organized providers across relevant channels. Lead pull-through and training for materials and market access initiatives. Lead Market Access launch readiness, align access teams around shared priorities, and represent Market Access in cross-functional forums. Guide educational initiatives that strengthen internal and external understanding of RevMed’s market access programs. Oversee day-to-day agency projects, timelines, deliverables, and assigned budgets. Partner with Brand Marketing, Regulatory, and Compliance to ensure materials advance brand goals and meet compliance requirements. Required Skills, Experience and Education: Bachelor’s degree required with 10+ years of experience in Marketing, Product Planning, and/or Managed Care. Experience in new product launches, including strategy development and tactical execution. Strong understanding of the access landscape across all market access stakeholders. Prior experience with developing co-positioning strategies across multiple assets and identifying portfolio tradeoffs. Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize and effectively deliver results within established timelines. Ability to represent Revolution Medicines well: strong interpersonal skills including verbal and written communication. Ability to travel up to 25%. Preferred Skills: 12+ years of experience in Marketing and/or Managed Care. Oral oncolytic product experience
