Displays appropriate management skills and principles of effective Leadership. This position requires exercising professional judgment in performance of duties which include planning, implementing and directing the financial and operational goals of the institution. Oversight of all unit/department personnel includes interviewing and hiring, ongoing evaluation of performance, educating or process/policies, and motivating, directing and engaging for high level performance.
