Job description
Build a Safer World. TRM Labs provides AI-powered intelligence solutions that help public and private sector agencies investigate and disrupt crime. TRM's platforms enable investigators to trace illicit activity, build cases, and construct operating pictures of threat networks. Leading agencies and businesses worldwide rely on TRM to make the world safer and more secure. Financial institutions, government agencies, and regulators do not buy blockchain intelligence on a handshake. They buy it after a 700-question workbook, a DORA addendum, and a procurement portal that closes at 4:59pm local time. The Global Deal Desk is the team that gets TRM through all of that on every complex deal. This is the second seat on that team, and it owns the operational layer that currently has no owner: the portals, the deadline calendar, the SME chase, and the second read before anything goes to a customer. The impact you will have: • Own live submissions from intake to upload: submission calendars, clarification windows, and Q&A deadlines across a dozen concurrent bids, plus portal mechanics and formatting, so nothing is lost to a cutoff. Use AI-configured intake and tracking workflows to keep every deadline visible. • Own procurement portal administration: registration, credentials, two-factor, and renewals across a large estate of buyer portals and framework registrations, held as a live registry. • Route and unblock the experts: work out which claims need verification, route each to the true owner across Product, Security, Legal, Infrastructure, and Finance, keep a live AI-supported view of who owes what by when, and get contractual, security, and data-residency flags to Legal and GRC while something can still be done about them. • Protect claim accuracy: give everything a second read before it leaves, validate product, security, and compliance claims against canonical internal sources, hold the entity and certification distinctions across TRM's US, UK, EU, and federal entities, and flag content that is stale, contradictory, or unverifiable rather than approximating it. • Build the intake process and the library: produce supporting documentation (sole-source justifications, attestation letters, COI requests, reps and certs, vendor onboarding packets), and use AI to curate a reusable answer library so the same question is never researched twice. What we're looking for: • You have owned complex written deliverables against hard external deadlines, from bid or tender operations, deal desk, sales operations, procurement, or GRC. • Detail at a level most people find excessive; you notice when a figure in paragraph 40 contradicts a figure in paragraph 4, and you fix it. • You can hold a dozen concurrent workstreams with different owners, formats, and deadlines without dropping one. • The credibility to get a busy engineer or lawyer to give you a clear answer, and to still get one the next time you ask. • Genuinely AI-fluent: you build or configure intake, routing, and QA workflows with these tools, and you know which parts of the work a model should never own. • Comfort with strong Excel and Word, whatever a buyer's portal puts in front of you, and AI-assisted drafting and review. • Nice to have: exposure to blockchain analytics, financial crime compliance, AML/CFT, or fintech; familiarity with SOC 2, ISO 27001/27701, Cyber Essentials Plus, FedRAMP, DORA, or GDPR; public-sector procurement frameworks (G-Cloud, SAM.gov, EU tender portals); and working knowledge of Notion, Asana, Slack, and Salesforce. About the Team: • The Global Deal Desk is where TRM's product claims meet external scrutiny, and the accuracy of these documents is what central banks, federal agencies, and global financial institutions rely on when they decide whether to buy. • Small, high-leverage, detail-obsessed team building the function now; this seat complements the Capture and Proposals Associate. • The work is intellectually demanding: holding entity and certification distin
