Global Sourcing Visa’s Global Sourcing organization, a key part of our Global Finance function, oversees the comprehensive sourcing and procurement of goods and services. Our team collaborates with technology partners and business units to lead all strategic sourcing activities worldwide, ensuring the optimal selection of suppliers that deliver best-in-class value in price and quality while minimizing risk. Team Overview As part of Visa’s Global Sourcing function, the Center of Excellence (CoE) team serves as a foundational capability for the Sourcing function, and enables the function’s success through people, process, program and operational management best practices. The Global Sourcing Data & Insights team empowers the Global Sourcing organization with data, dashboards, and analytical tools that help measure performance, identify savings opportunities, uncover operational insights, inform strategic decisions, and drive continuous improvement. The team is responsible for designing end-to-end data solutions, defining and analyzing business-critical KPIs, developing scalable data products and advanced reporting capabilities, and enabling self-service analytics across the sourcing organization. Through strong partnerships with business, finance, and technology teams, we help transform data into actionable insights that drive measurable business value..
