You’ll work on enterprise-scale projects and programmes, solving exciting problems with data and AI. You’ll be at the heart of the team, working with partnerships and growth on new and existing business, and supporting delivery of enterprise data projects, in a key strategic focus area for our UK business. You’ll work with colleagues across strategy, delivery and product, advising clients in financial services, public sector, retail and automotive. You’ll help them define their future data ecosystem, modernise their platforms and unlock AI, while building scaled capability within the practice. Role responsibilities As a hands-on consulting leader in complex enterprise environments, you will: Work with our partnerships, growth teams, and technology partners including Databricks, GCP and Azure, on new and existing business opportunities, bringing your expertise and technical knowledge to help shape proposals and win work in the market. Support our go-to-market: shaping key propositions, contribute to our businesses’ point of view on how Data and AI help solve our client most difficult challenges and be a credible voice be in front of clients Lead the technical delivery of key client engagements and alongside our internal teams, facilitating strategic conversations and defining data strategies, architectures and roadmaps that clients can act on Be an instrumental voice and leader in the delivery of data projects on platforms like Fabric, Databricks and Snowflake, covering ETL pipelines, data migration, data exposure, and risk and governance, and advise clients on each Support our delivery teams in setting strategic direction, bringing data together in one place and making it available for use, including for AI Devise programmes, structures of work, delivery models and operating models to deliver at scale in enterprise environments Support and mentor consultants, architects and engineers Must have qualifications Proven track record leading enterprise-scale data transformation or AI programmes Strong consulting background in complex client environments Experience shaping data strategies and architectures, and devising programmes, delivery models and operating models for delivery at scale Hands-on delivery experience on platforms like Fabric, Databricks and Snowflake, including ETL pipelines, data migration, governance and risk Deep understanding of cloud data ecosystems across GCP, AWS and Azure Hands-on technical credibility across data engineering, analytics, AI or architecture Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills, including with senior leadership Ability to balance strategic advisory with delivery leadership and to bring structure to ambiguity Experience in consultative style selling alongside cross-functional teams Experience pitching to clients and contributing to proposals and responses, working with partnerships and growth teams Excellent communication and presentation skills Nice to have qualifications Experience working
